Description

This is an 18th-century chest tomb located about one metre south of the chapel of the Church of St. Quiricus and St. Julietta in Tickenham. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded edge and a moulded plinth. The tomb has narrow raised fielded panels at the corners and a central panel on the north and south sides. There are two raised shields on the north and south sides, and one narrow raised shield on the east and west sides. The inscriptions on the shields are illegible.
