Description

The Green Cottage is a building dated 1822, located on the south side of Bristol Road. It is constructed of rubble with a pantiled roof and stands two storeys high, featuring two windows. The cottage has projecting eaves and 2-light, 8-pane casements set under segmental arches. There are cast iron canopies over the ground floor windows and door. The original door is complemented by a trellis porch and a datestone above. This cottage is a well-preserved example of the local architectural style.
