Description
The rear wall of the terrace garden to the north of Clevedon Court is a Grade II listed structure, possibly dating from the 18th century. This long wall serves as both the boundary wall of Court Wood and the terrace garden. It is constructed of rubble and features flat pilaster buttresses that extend along the terrace from the Octagon to a point midway behind the stables. At the eastern end, the wall returns and is topped with a parapet that includes a ball finial. Clevedon Court and all its listed ancillary buildings, including the boundary walls, are recognized as a group.
