Description
Wistaria Farm is a house that was originally a farmhouse, dating from the 17th century with later refacing in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of roughcast rubble and has a pantile roof. It features a cross passage and is arranged in three units, with extensions. The house is two storeys high and has four windows, all of which are 20th-century two- and three-light multi-pane casements. There is a six-panel door located off centre to the left, and a single-storey catslide extension at the rear. Inside, the cross passage contains stop-chamfered beams, and there is a chamfered bressummer above two end fireplaces. Additionally, there are remains of a depressed arch timber door leading from the passage to the hall.
