Description

The former stable block located 50 metres north of Tarrant Gunville Manor House dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations in the 20th century. The building is constructed of flint, rubble, and brick at the rear, while the main facade features English-bond brickwork. It has hipped slate roofs and is designed in a half-H plan. The structure is one and a half storeys tall and has a nine-window range, with casement windows that include glazing bars below. Above, there are 20th-century sashed dormers. The building also features segmental-headed coach doors and a roof topped with a cupola and weathervane.
