Description

Nos 2 to 6 on Long Cross is an early 19th-century block made of stone rubble with cemented fronts. Originally built as four cottages arranged in pairs, No 6 has been converted into a single dwelling. The building is two storeys high, with each cottage featuring one window bay and a door, except for No 6, which has two window bays. It has a hipped plain tile roof. The windows retain their glazing bars and are wider by one pane below. The door to No 2 and the right-hand door of No 6 have two flush panels, with the upper panels cut away and glazed in the door to No 6. The left-hand door in No 6 has been converted into a window, and there is a modern door to No 4.
