Description
This is a mid-19th century terrace of six houses, numbered 54 to 60, located on the east side of Victoria Grove. The houses are built of hammer-dressed stone, with the south end tarred. They have pitched pantile roofs and red brick chimneys. The terrace is two storeys high with attics. The houses originally had four ranges of casement windows, with No. 58’s windows being contemporary with the terrace's construction. Four attic dormers punctuate the roofline; Nos. 56 and 60 retain contemporary casements and decorative bargeboards. The front doors at Nos. 54 and 58 each feature four moulded panels.
