Description

No. 21 Market Place is a three-storey building with a five-window front, constructed in typical brickwork. It features sash windows that have keystones, although the glazing bars have been altered. The building has an enriched modillion eaves cornice and a simple pilastered shop front, which is likely modern. There are also two insurance plaques on the exterior. This building is part of a group that includes all the listed buildings in Market Place and several others on East Street and West Street, as well as the Church of St Peter and St Paul.
