Description

The garden wall and gate piers located immediately south-west of Nutford Farmhouse and Cottage date from the 18th century. Constructed of brick, the square-section piers feature moulded ashlar caps topped with ball finials. The inner faces of the piers have scrolled cheek pieces. The walls are capped with moulded brick copings and end in plain brick piers.
