Description

Weston House is a house likely dating from the early 19th century. It is built of colourwashed stucco with a hipped, tiled roof and brick stacks at each end. The house is symmetrical in design, with three bays arranged over two storeys and an attic. The ground floor has three-light sash windows with glazing bars. The upper floor has similar sash windows with glazing bars, each with a lintel featuring a keystone. A flush panelled door is set under a flat hood supported by scrolled brackets, and features a rectangular transom light above. The building is documented in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments, Dorset, volume IV, page 8, number 10.
