Description

No 10, including the railings in front, is a building from the 19th century, featuring a red brick front and rubble sides, topped with a pitched slate roof. The structure has one range of casement windows and is adorned with iron railings that have fleur-de-lys and urn finials. The remainder of the building dates from the 18th to 19th century, included for its group value, with roughcast walls and a pitched slate roof. There is a rendered stack and the building stands two storeys high with three ranges of modern casements. The entrance features a door with two fielded panels set within a modern porch. No 2 to 16 (even) form a group with the walls of the Friends' Burial Ground on South Street.
