Description

These are two buildings, numbered 12 and 12A, located on South Mill Lane. They likely date to the 19th century and are constructed of hammer-dressed stone, with a pitched slate roof and a red brick stack. The buildings have two storeys and feature a range of 19th-century casement windows and a range of casement sashes with glazing bars, one within a moulded frame. Access is via a flight of four steps to the front door. Nos 2 to 16 (even numbers) on South Mill Lane form a group with the walls of the Friends' Burial Ground on South Street.
