Description

Richmond House, located at 69 South Street, is an early 19th-century building constructed of yellow brick with a stone plinth and string courses. It stands three storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice. The facade includes three ranges of sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a central window with a three-centred head and Gothick glazing bars, flanked by two doorway openings that also have three-centred heads and moulded imposts. One of the doorways includes a fanlight and panelled reveals. Richmond House is part of a group that includes Nos 53 to 81 (odd).
