Description
Leigh Farm House is a farmhouse that likely dates from the mid-18th century. It features rubble stone walls with raised quoins and ashlar dressings, along with an ashlar plat band at the first floor level. The roof is slate with coped gables, and there are brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and includes a hipped slate-roofed verandah type porch supported by timber posts, with a glazed door beneath it. The ground floor has four stone mullioned windows with flat mullions and lead lights, while the first floor has five similar windows. There is a lean-to extension on the left end, which has a tiled roof and is currently used as a garage. Inside, the left ground floor room features a large open fireplace with a timber lintel.
