Description
The main barn, located immediately southeast of Newlands Farmhouse, is an 18th-century structure. It features walls made of flint and stone with brick dressings and has a tiled roof. The barn is single-storey with a plain cart entrance on the east side. On the west side, which faces the courtyard, there is a projecting cart porch with a hipped roof, along with a lean-to extension attached to it. The roof is supported by braced collar beams, and the south gable wall includes a loft door positioned at a high level.
