These are two 18th-century buildings on Mill Lane. They have a base constructed of Purbeck rubble stone, with the upper walls built of red brick. The roof is now tiled with modern pantiles. There are two tall chimneys, one of red brick and one of stucco. The buildings are two storeys high and have rows of casement windows with glazing bars. A modern door with a small projecting hood supported by cut brackets is present. A single-storey modern extension has been added to the south side. The pavement in front is made of Purbeck stone setts.
