Description

The Meaden Monument and one unidentified monument are located in the churchyard, 50 meters north of the west end of the north aisle of the Church of Saint Michael. These are two stone table tombs, each featuring raised panelled sides and moulded tops that bear inscriptions. One of the tombs, which is unidentified, is dated 1655, while the other is dedicated to Meaden and his wife Betty, dated 1715. The unidentified monument is in rather poor repair.
