Description

Elkins is a 17th-century house that was once used as an inn. It features rendered, whitewashed walls and a hipped thatched roof. There is a brick stack located partway along the ridge on the right side. The building has two storeys and a five-window range, with two and three-light casements that include glazing bars, some of which have horizontal glazing bars only. There are also 19th-century gabled porches.
