Description

Twin Acre is an 18th-century cottage that features 19th-century brick extensions on both the left and right sides. The original part of the cottage is rendered and whitewashed, while the extensions are built in Flemish bond brickwork. The roof is tiled and dates from the 20th century. The cottage is one and a half storeys tall and has a two-window range in the original section, with 2-light casements that include glazing bars. There is a 20th-century door located in the right extension. The left gable wall has a stone window with a hood mould that has been reset. This building is included in the register primarily for its group value.
