Description

Nettlecombe New House Farmhouse, now divided into two properties, was built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble-stone walls with a slate roof featuring stone gable-copings. The house has two brick stacks: one at the left-hand side with a stone flashing, and another at the right-hand centre. It is two storeys high with three windows. These windows are 3-light wooden casements, with renewed frames, wooden sills, and lintels. The front door, positioned to the left of the centre, has six fielded panels, flush-panelled reveals, and a head. Nettlecombe was formerly a service range attached to the farmhouse.
