Description
Nos. 6, 7, and 8 on Lower Bond Street are three houses in a row, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are rendered with a slate roof and consist of two storeys and an attic, with each house featuring one window, all of which were blocked at the time of the survey. Each house has a flat-roofed dormer above a square opening on each floor, but No. 7 has a canted oriel that serves as a shop display front. Additionally, each house has a blocked doorway. There is a ridge stack located between Nos. 7 and 8, as well as one at the right gable end. The rear of the houses has various lean-to additions, and each house has a window on the first floor. The interior was not inspected. At the time of the survey, these houses were part of a group of derelict properties on the north side of the street.
