Description

The former stable block at Newton Manor, dating from the 17th century, is located on the north side of High Street, adjacent to the main house. It features walls and a roof made of Purbeck Stone and is one storey high with attics. The building has been converted into classrooms. On the street side, the original entrance has been blocked, and all the windows are modern. A weather vane from Billingsgate Market is situated on the east gable, and above the door on the east gable, there is a carved 17th-century Coat of Arms.
