Description

This is an archway, likely built in the early 18th century, located about 70 metres south west of the kitchen garden walls at Antony Park. It is constructed from banded rubble and features a slate coping. The archway includes a section of wall that stands approximately 2.5 metres high and spans about 3 metres in length, through which there is a segmental arched brick gateway. This structure may be part of an early phase of garden planning.
