Description

Loon-Bennett is a late 18th-century building located on the north side of Fore Street in Mousehole. It is constructed of granite rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends. In the center, there is a small 19th-century gable with shaped barge boards. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are wide sashes that only have vertical glazing bars. There is a wide central doorway that includes a narrow rectangular fanlight. This property is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms a group with Fern Cottage and The Wheel House.
