Description

The Wheel House is an early 19th-century building on the north side of Mousehole Fore Street. It is constructed of granite rubble, with the end walls rendered in stucco. The roof is slate, with gabled and hipped ends. The building has two storeys and three windows. The upper floor windows are sashes without glazing bars. The ground floor now has a single large modern fixed-light window, and a modern glazed door. It is listed as part of a group value alongside Fern Cottage, Loon-Bennett.
