Description
East View is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of coursed masonry with granite lintels and quoins, featuring two storeys and three sash windows with glazing bars. A central door is set within an ornate porch with cornices. The roof is slate, hipped, with overhanging eaves. The building contributes to group value alongside Central Stores, Lannant, Cable Cottage, Avalon and Aukland.
