Description

Avalon and Aukland are late 18th century to early 19th century cottages located on the west side of Fore Street in Lelant. They are constructed of painted rubble and feature two storeys. The cottages have two widely spaced sash windows, one of which includes glazing bars, and two central modern glazed doors. The roofs are covered with slate. These buildings have group value with Central Stores, Lannant, East View, and Cable Cottage.
