Description

The steps, settles, stile, and coffin rest located approximately 10 metres north of the Church of St Levan date from the late 18th century. They are constructed from dressed granite. The wide gateway is accessed by a flight of six steps that lead to a grid stile, which has been filled in. On either side of the stile, there are two stone settles, and in the middle, there is a coffin rest. The settles feature high backs made of granite ashlar.
