Description
1 to 19 Teetotal Street form an 18th and 19th century terrace. The buildings are constructed of granite rubble, and are three storeys high. Each property has two windows, with sash windows lacking glazing bars. Some properties have external steps leading to first-floor entrances. The roofs are slate. Number 19 is located at the east end of the terrace, and the group of buildings collectively possesses group value.
