Description

This is an early 19th-century building, constructed of granite rubble. It is a three-storey structure with two small sash windows, which lack glazing bars and are widely spaced. A granite staircase leads to a central, hipped-roof porch on the first floor. The roof is slate-covered, and the rear elevation facing St. Eia Street is clad in slate. The building contributes to the group value of the buildings numbered from 65 to 93A.
