Description
10-12 Bojewyan Stennack is a late 18th-century row of cottages constructed from coursed and rubble granite. The cottages feature cement washed slate roofs at various heights with gable ends, although Nos 5 and 12 have new slates. The three cottages on the right are slightly set back, creating an interesting change of plane, with No 10 having a splayed back angle and No 12 being slightly advanced. The building is two storeys high and has a total of 15 windows, mostly sashes with glazing bars. The doorways are plain and recessed, and No 10 includes a simple enclosed porch supported by crude granite posts. The rear elevation remains unaltered and without additions. Nos 2 to 6, No 8, and Nos 10 to 12, along with Nos 14 to 21, form a well-spaced group of three terraces.
