Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of properties located on Bank Terrace in Mevagissey. Numbers 8 to 12 (consecutively numbered) and number 14 form a group. The buildings are constructed of stucco, with number 14 acting as an end wing set at a right angle. The terrace originally comprised 12 windows, now with sash windows featuring glazing bars. The front doors are modern, with narrow, rectangular fanlights above. Glazed porches have been added. The roofs are slate, with a hipped roof on the wing of number 14. Number 8 is an earlier building, with slate hanging on the ground floor and a lower roof line.
