Description

The premises of W J Rowe, a printer, date from the 18th or 19th century. The building is constructed of rubble with dressed granite quoins and has cement rendering above the ground floor. It stands two storeys high with a basement. There are two sash windows with glazing bars, and a central panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight. The eaves overhang, and the roof is a slurried slate hipped design. A small modern shop is located at the basement level.
