Description

This is a headstone located about 3 metres south of the Church of St Uvelus. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of slate with a square top. The headstone has no decoration, but the initial letters at the top are in italics. The inscription features both upper and lower case letters with serifs, commemorating James, the son of John and Mary Bleuett, who died in 1788, along with a verse below.
