Description

This is a direction post located in Stoke Climsland, likely dating from the mid-19th century. It is made of granite and has a triangular section resting on a rough base. The left side is inscribed with "STOKE" (CLIMSLAND), while the right side features the inscriptions "HORSEBRIDGE" and "LANSON" (Launceston). Each place-name is accompanied by a clenched fist with a pointing finger indicating the direction to each location.
