Description

Nos 1 and 3 Victoria Place are 18th to 19th century buildings located in St Austell. They are constructed of stucco and stand three storeys tall, featuring a total of five sash windows set within moulded architraves that include glazing bars. The buildings have 19th century shop fronts with fluted Doric columns at the entrances. Notable architectural details include quoins and paired brackets supporting the eaves soffit, along with a decorative band at the second floor. Nos 1 and 3, along with The Stag Inn, form a group with Nos 6 and 7 Church Street.
