Description

The White Hart Hotel is an early 19th-century building constructed from ashlar stone. It is designed with a curved shape to fit its site and stands three storeys tall, featuring eight sash windows with glazing bars and cambered flat arches. The entrance is highlighted by single pilasters and a cornice, while the eaves cornice is adorned with small modillions. The roof is covered with slate. Notably, the interior originally had early 19th-century scenic wallpaper, which has since been removed and is now housed at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
