Description

No. 4, The Terrace, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite ashlar, and is two storeys high. The front features three sash windows, without glazing bars. A central door is framed by a pirie (a rounded, recessed surround), and is topped with a plain, rectangular fanlight. The roof is slate covered. The building contributes to the group value of numbers 1 to 4.
