Description

This is an early 19th-century granite ashlar building, part of a terrace of three windows in height. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The central doorway features a panelled door and a plain rectangular fanlight. The roof is slate. The building has group value when considered alongside numbers 1 to 4 in the terrace.
