Description
This is a disused drinking fountain, likely built in the mid to late 19th century. It is made of granite and is set into a wall. The fountain stands about 1 metre high and features a round-headed design with a niche at the front. Inside the niche, there is a stopped pipe where a tap would have been, and a wrought iron bar spans the front of the niche. This fountain is one of a series of six surviving drinking fountains that provided water to the village of Constantine, sourced from the top of the village.
