Description

The stone cross located at the junction with Old Callywith Road is a preaching cross that may date back to before the Conquest or the medieval period. It is a tall granite monolith featuring a wheel-head, with a flared Greek cross in relief on each face. The cross is set in a granite base that has a dressed canted front.
