Description

This is a parish boundary stone located 300 meters north of Pitt Farm, dating from the mid 18th century to the early 19th century. It is made of granite and has a short rectangular shape with a segmental arched head. The stone features incised upper case lettering that reads 'S B'. This boundary stone is part of a group that includes other stones located 280 meters to the northwest of Taylor shop and low to the south of the church at Bray shop. The stone was previously listed under the parish of Stoke Climsland but that entry was removed from the list on 6 September 2017. This entry also underwent a minor amendment on the same date.
