Description
The garden walls and ramp located to the northeast of Keveral Barton are possibly from the 16th century and are likely contemporary with the house itself. These stone rubble walls enclose a sunken garden in front of Keveral Barton and serve as retaining walls for the higher land that surrounds the area. The stone rubble ramp, which slopes down from the garden gate at the center of the front wall into the sunken garden below, is the same width as the entrance and through passage to Keveral Barton.
