Description
Trewince Quay, located approximately 700 meters southwest of Trewince House, is a quay designed for river access to the country house. It was likely built in the early 19th century and is constructed from slatestone rubble and granite. The quay features L-shaped walling that protects the slipway, which is built on bedrock and primarily consists of vertically set rubble. The structure includes iron-stapled granite coping and a short flight of granite steps at the north end of the east side. The slipway itself is cobbled.
