Description

Porthmeor Beach Flats, originally a row of early 18th century cottages with cellars below, has been restored. The building is low in height with two storeys and a total of twelve windows. The ground floor is constructed of uncoursed rubble stone, while the first floor is clad in slate. The windows are double-hung sashes, with glazing bars; some date to the early 19th century, while others are 20th century replacements. Brick chimney stacks rise from the front wall.
