Description

No 3 Chy-an-Chy is an early 19th-century building featuring a roughcast front with rusticated quoins and plain architraves around the sash windows, which do not have glazing bars. The building is two storeys high with three windows and is double fronted, including a shop with a cornice supported by console brackets. It has a slate hipped roof. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1, 2, and 3 Chy-an-Chy, along with Nos 62, 64, and 65 to 75 (odd) and the Methodist Church in Fore Street.
