Large stone rubble stack on right hand gable end. Original plan uncertain. Remains of a possibly 2 room and through passage plan; the main entrance is to the right of centre and leads directly into the right hand room, heated by a gable end stack. Probably originally with through passage with section of rear wall opposite entrance possibly partly rebuilt; the screen on the lower, right hand side of the passage removed and the stone rubble cross wall on the left with a blocked door opening. Separate entrance to left hand room inserted in front elevation. Straight joint to left possibly indicating enlargement of left hand room.
Originally 2 storeys with low first floor. Wooden frame to door opening on left and granite 4-centred arch to right of centre with chamfer and diagonal stops. Remains of window opening to right. Row of pigeon holes in left hand gable end.
Interior Right hand room has large granite fireplace with hollow chamfered lintel and ogee stops and hollow chamfered jambs. Cloam oven. Remains of fireplace to solar above with unmoulded granite lintel. Probable later rear wing now Trebiffin Farmhouse restored in late C20 and not included. Interesting one-light stone window possibly reset in outbuilding to south- west.
