Description
St Vincent's Works north gateway and attached walls were built around 1880. The structure is made of pennant rubble and ashlar, featuring limestone dressings. The broad gate piers have semi-circular arched doorways that consist of three orders beneath a corbel table, topped with a machicolated feature. To the west, there is the lower section of a former warehouse, which is divided by broad pilasters. To the east, a tall quadrant wall made of ashlar has a roll top coping.
