Attached house, now shop. From 1762, completed c1800, refronted c1880. By Thomas Paty. Limestone ashlar with party wall stacks and a pantile mansard roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Pilasters to a cornice and parapet; C19 shop front has marble plinth, Ionic pilasters to a cornice with a central segmental pediment, and plate-glass windows curved in to the central doorway. First-floor windows have an impost band, rounded corners and a raised cornice, and a raised central segmental pediment. Second-floor windows have sill and impost bands, and keys below a segmental hood. Plate-glass sashes and paired dormers. INTERIOR not inspected. Park Street was developed over some 40 years, was severely damaged c1940, and much rebuilt in facsimile after the war.
