Description

The wall surrounding the garden to the north, east, and south of Applegarth and Beaconsfield dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed from rubble, brick, and ashlar, featuring copper-slag blocks. The garden wall has a coping made of slag blocks and includes a doorway with alternating brick and ashlar jambs.
